Being the chair of a thriving society such as EBAC is a great honour for me. It is a challenge and a responsibility as well, especially because the Association is about to celebrate its 10th Anniversary. Still, I am optimistic about what lies ahead and am looking forward to a great year, full of amazing events. Our main objective is the creation of opportunities for our members, guests and speakers to come together and build up a powerful network of students and professionals. Finally, I would like to assure you that the committee is already working as a tightly-built team of highly motivated people dedicated to the mission and values of EBAC.

First of all I would like to take the opportunity to welcome all EBAC members and introduce myself. My name is Andrea Gielow. I am a Bachelors of Laws studying the LL.M. programme International Business Law at Anglia Ruskin University.
I am delighted to be the Vice Chairperson of EBAC for the academic year 2008/2009. Getting the chance to support students in enhancing their soft skills, means a lot to me. I am very keen to organize placement talks, application trainings, debates, company visits or social events for our members. I will do the best I can to make EBAC of great value for you.

My name is Qipeng Xu (CHEE), I’m the treasurer of EBAC. I’m currently an International Business Masterstudent. Hi,
My names Russ and I am one of the co-treasurers for 2008/9. I hope to be able to use some of my working experience to help EBAC move forward during the coming year. My main roles are to run the accounts and help with the planning of our upcoming events.
EBAC offers its members a great opportunity to form links with the business environment and to apply the theories learnt to real situations. This year is one the most important years for EBAC, so I hope you will be with us at all the events to celebrate our 10th anniversary!

I truly appreciate EBAC´s goal to enrich the student´s experience by bringing them closer to the real business world. I feel that this idea is entirely positive and valuable , since it can truly contribute to the shaping of the student´s personality. Therefore I am very proud to obtain the chance to fully commit myself to the association and in a way that will contribute greatly to its enhancement!
Born in St. Petersburg, having lived in Berlin for the past 10 years and studying in Cambridge, I strongly believe in multiculturalism and am looking forward to being part of such a multicultural committee. I am absolutely sure that we will successfully organise various kinds of events that will stick into the visitor´s minds and add value to the organisation!
