Being the chairman of a thriving international organisation like EBAC denotes a big challenge for me. Nevertheless, I am looking forward to accept it and to represent the organisation and AshcroftInternational Business School at our upcoming events.

Our key objectives for the upcoming year are to provide our members with a substantial value added, to enhance EBAC’s already considerable business network and to sharpen our profile. However, I am very confident that our committed team will be able to achieve the above.

By being a part of this year’s EBAC committee, I would like to take the opportunity to pass on some of the experiences I have made during my studies and placements. In my opinion, it is crucial to think early about what you want to do after graduation. EBAC gives you the opportunity to get in touch with companies from a wide range of industries. Through workshops, presentations and site visits, you will have the opportunity to talk to professionals in a casual environment. Last but not least, we will also organise various social events where you can meet other members.

I am proud to be a member of EBAC’s 2007/2008 committee and will thrive to add as much value as possible to our prospering organization. Being in the final year of my studies, this post denotes an opportunity to give something to EBAC from the experience and skills I have gained throughout my studies and international work experience. The creation of the Communications & Development Executive post, is a direct result of the need to build a more streamlined communication platform with our members, especially in times of social and professional networking platforms. In addition, a better leverage of our successful Alumni is a critical success factor for EBAC’s future and will enhance benefit to our members.
